Cincinnati, Ohio. Skip is admitted
to practice law in both Ohio and
Kentucky as well as being licensed
to practice in the Federal Courts.
Skip is a member of the American

Association, Kentucky Bar
Association, and Cincinnati Bar
Association. Skip is also a member
of the Commercial Law League of

Ernest
“Rick” Thomas, III received
his B.A. From Thomas More College
in 1979 and J.D. from the
University of Cincinnati in 1982.
Rick is admitted to practice law
in both Ohio and Kentucky as well
as being licensed to practice in
the Federal Courts and the United
States Court of Appeals for the
Sixth Circuit. Rick is a member of
the Ohio, Kentucky, Cincinnati and
Northern Kentucky Bar
Associations, the National
Association of Retail Collection
Attorneys, the International
Association of Commercial
Collectors, the Debt Buyers
Association and the American
Collectors Association. Rick has
also been a member of the
Commercial Law League of America
for over 25 years, and served in
numerous capacities of the CLLA
including the office of President.
Rick has lectured extensively on
the subject of creditor’s rights

Vincent
